Users struggle to find answers on the DMV website and locate contact information, resulting in a great deal of frustration.

Inability to make online payments.

Difficulty scheduling or rescheduling appointments online or absence of such an option altogether.

Simplification of the information, understandable wording, step-by-step guidance.

Effortless navigation that would be intuitive for users with any level/experience with online services.

Online payment for some processes to decrease unnecessary visits to DMV office.
